No problem, big or small, is beyond what God can handle on our behalf. When kids see their parents, grandparents, and other loved ones model strong personal relationships with Jesus, and hear them reach out to God in prayer, they’ll want to follow the Lord, too! Philippians 4:6 says, “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” Teach kids to communicate often with God in prayer, and to have an open heart to His answer, which doesn’t always look the way we expect, but always fits in with His good plan for our lives.
