These shells come from a historic local shell shop, Shell World of Texas, whose owners were deeply knowledgeable about the shell trade. We are honored to carry forward their collection, featuring many specimens stored since the 1980s or earlier. Due to the large volume, shells are offered as ‘Shop picked,’ meaning you will receive a unique shell from our stock rather than the one shown in the photo. Some may show minor wear or chips, reflecting their natural oceanic history. Later, we plan to provide ‘select picks’ with exact shells pictured.
